The Warranty Pros is proudly owned and operated by Cassie and Chase, a husband-and-wife team who share a passion for powersports and adventure. We met in auto shop during high school and have been working together in the powersports industry for over 10 years. From the beginning, we dreamed of opening our own business, and when Cassie found her niche in warranty management, the plan to launch The Warranty Pros became a reality.

Cassie has experience as an intern technician, service writer, and warranty manager, while Chase has worked as a technician in both the automotive and powersports industries. For the past 6 years, Chase has been a Polaris Master Tech. Together, we combine technical expertise with clerical precision to ensure that every warranty claim is handled efficiently, maximizing your returns.

When we're not working, we enjoy spending time outdoors fishing, camping, and exploring with our two children. Our love for adventure fuels our dedication to the work we do, and we're excited to help your business succeed!
